Sevilla FC, a friend of Football Impact, stayed at the Meliá Villaitana Football Center before playing against Levante UD, another friend of the company based on the Costa del Sol.
Both teams met on Matchday 29 of LaLiga, in the first game of Matchday two after the resumption of competition. The duel ended in a draw at 1, with goals from De Jong and Miramón.
The team from Seville, which usually works with Football Impact, arrived at the Meliá Villaitana Football Center on Sunday to concentrate on Monday’s game in La Nucia.
Both teams are very close to achieving their goals. The Sevillian team is third, with a 4 points advantage over the fourth ranked (Real Sociedad). The Valencians are 10 points from the relegation zone, with which they have almost guaranteed permanence in the absence of 9 days to play.
LaLiga Santander returned on Thursday and with it many of our friends who have worked with us this year and in previous years. A whole event that football lovers have been looking forward.
The resumption of LaLiga was carried out by two friends who visit us regularly, Sevilla FC and Real Betis, who starred in the Seville derby.
The Sánchez Pizjuán stadium inaugurated post-confinement football on Thursday. Both teams went to the field with a lot of desire, but those from Nervión took the derby with goals from Fernando and Ocampos (the best player of the match).
On Friday we had two other games starring friends from Football Impact. Granada CF (who made a stage prior to the return to the competition at Marbella Football Center) came into the game after Timor’s initial goal for Getafe, which gave the team from Madrid the lead. A Djené’s own goal and another by Carlos Fernández made the three points to stay in Granada.
The other duel was carried out by Levante UD (who was working with Football Impact on the days before the restart of LaLiga) and Valencia CF at Mestalla. Goalless game until the last moments, in which Melero equaled the goal with which Rodrigo put the home team ahead.
Real Valladolid, meanwhile, beat Leganés in Butarque in a match that they completely dominated.
Only Real Celta and SD Eibar could not reap positive results, being defetaed by Villarreal and Real Madrid.
Football lovers have been for about 3 months without enjoying our beloved sport. With the start of the Bundesliga the big leagues began, and today the ball will roll again in LaLiga Santander, starting at 22:00 (Spanish time).
And it will start with an awesome game, with our friends from Sevilla FC and Real Betis. The great derby will bring all the excitement of football. A great game to vibrate again and enjoy this great passion that is soccer.
The second match will be starred by Granada CF, which has been concentrated in Marbella Football Center for more than one week. The Andalusian team receives Getafe trying to stay on the high part of the table and to continue an excellent season. It will be held on Friday from 19:30.
The other match on Friday will be another derby, this a Valencian derby. It will face Valencia CF with Levante UD at Mestalla. The blue and red team has also held a mini stage with Football Impact prior to the return to competition. The game will start at 21:30.
Today it has been known that Marbella Football Center and Football Impact will host the games for promotion to the silver division of Spanish football. The matches will be played on July 18th, 19th, 23rd and 26th. The draft, which will also take place in Marbella, will be on June 25th.
The teams will be gathered in our facilities and will play the matches in La Rosaleda, Nuevo Mirador in Algeciras, Antonio Lorenzo Cuevas stadium in Marbella, Marbella Football Center and Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
It is great news for Marbella Football Center and Football Impact to be able to host these important playoffs for teams. The RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation) had also trusted us for the organization of the playoff promotion to the Third Division.
In addition to the infrastructure of Marbella Football Center and Football Impact (which has been key to the election), other favorable factors are added: the health policy imposed by both organizations, the great hotel infrastructure on the Costa del Sol and good communications in the area.
The teams that will participate in this playoff are:
Group 1: Atlético Baleares, Ibiza, Atlético de Madrid B y Santa Eulalia.
Group 2: Logroñés, Cultural Leonesa, Bilbao Athletic y Valladolid B.
Group 3: Castellón, Barcelona B, Sabadell y Cornellá.
Levante Unión Deportiva arrived at Villaitana Football Center on Monday to prepare for the return to competition next Thursday. After the long hiatus, the team has decided to focus the last days before the resumption of the national league championship and will train in La Nucia.
Paco López’s team did a good job before the break and should have no problem staying one more year in the first division. Still, Levantine team does not want relaxation and that is why it has relied on Football Impact for a training camp prior to the resumption of LaLiga Santander.
On Friday our friends will visit Mestalla to face Valencia CF in the local derby. After so long without playing, debuting in a game of such rivalry without an audience will be somewhat different, but the players face it with the maximum enthusiasm.
With the resumption of the championship, the team will begin to play its home games in La Nucia, due to the reforms that the club has begun at the Ciudad de Valencia Stadium.
Marbella Football Center and Football Impact are two companies that offer and request a large number of services. This fosters a network from which an enormous number of sectors (hospitality, transport, services …) benefit.
But we want to talk about a specific sector that benefits from the work of both organizations, the “scouts” or “scouters”. These talent trackers are dedicated to searching for young promises around the world.
This task sometimes involves making major transfers just to see a player. However, FI and MFC offer these professionals the possibility of observing many players in a very short time. Also, thanks to the proximity of the facilities, they can watch several games in the same day.
Although scouts watch players of all ages, their main target is among the younger players. For this reason, events such as the U17 Friendly Match Week Casino Marbella offer these professionals a unique opportunity.
U-17, U-19, U-20, U-21 national teams … from federations such as Spain, Germany, France, Norway, Belgium or England (among many others) come regularly to our facilities.
Players like Haaland, Fabián, Gnabry, Sancho, Odegaard and many more have passed through our facilities, either with their clubs or their national teams.
Today is World Environment Day, which has been celebrated since 1974 in commemoration of the Stockholm Conference, which was held in 1972 and whose central theme was the Environment.
Since then the UNO has been promoting political action to boost sustainable development. With the main theme “Biodiversity”, Colombia is the host country for this year.
The importance of grass for ecology
From Marbella Football Center and Football Impact we are very concerned about environmental sustainability. And we know the importance of green spaces to fight for a problem that concerns us all.
And it’s not that we say so. According to the National Association of Landscaping Professionals:
A well-kept lawn cleans the air contaminated by pollution, smoke and dust; considerably reduces the possibility of soil erosion, avoiding flooding of contaminated water; and prevents diseases transmitted by insects such as ticks or mosquitoes.
Diego Martínez and his men have already started their stage at MFC in this particular post Covid-19 preseason. The squad has worked out both on the grass and in the state-of-the-art gym available in the High Performance Center.
It should be noted the good atmosphere during the exercises. Especially with the game dynamics introduced by the technical team to liven up the training sessions, although without lowering the intensity.
All the players (except Darwin Machís and Álvaro Vadillo) tested the Marbella Football Center pitch in the afternoon. In the morning the players had been working out in the gym, always respecting the security measures.
The mister has been very close the players and knows the importance of this stage. In countries where football has already started, an increase in injuries has been observed, so every detail is essential.
In the following video Diego Martínez tells us his opinion on the facilities of the Marbella Football Center.
Granada CF will get ready for the return to competition at Marbella Football Center starting Monday June 1st. The Nasrid team is the first to trust Football Impact to get ready for the competition after the break caused by COVID-19.
MFC and FI want to thank Granada CF for the trust placed in them to face the important end of the season. There will be 10 matchdays in which Diego Martínez’s men have to give it all.
To face this challenge with the maximum guarantees, the Andalusian team will carry out a 8-day stage on the Costa del Sol. Between June 1st and June 8th, Marbella Football Center will be a fortress for Granada CF with the aim of achieving the goals set for the season.
For this, the facilities have been conditioned to the regulations issued by the authorities and LaLiga to be able to recover the activity with absolute safety guarantees.
With 38 points, the team does not have to look down, but to the top positions of the classification. Only 4 points separate them from Valencia CF, in the last place that gives access to European positions, and we want to help the team to overcome this difference.
On June 13th, the New Los Cármenes stadium, the Andalusian team will receive Getafe with an eye toward cutting the difference that separates them from seventh place.
