Al Rayyan Sports Club from Doha was on its 20 days’ summer training camp in Marbella, organized by Football Impact. The team was accommodated in Barceló Marbella 4* Hotel and was very satisfied with the training facilities of Marbella Football Center.

Footbal Impact has organized this summer training camp for the Real Racing Club Santander July 16th – 24th. The major part of this summer preseason the team from Cantabria spent in Austria, in Westendorf, a peaceful area in Austrian Alps.

The Málaga B team, Atlético Malagueño, had a very successful training camp in Marbella organized by Football Impact. The hotel Rincón Andaluz and the facilities of Marbella Football Center have had the honour to be the hosts of the team between 16th and 24th of July.
The head coach, Mr. Jaime Ramón Molina Mata, has expressed his gratitute to the Football Impact’s staff for the excellent organization of the stage.
On July 20th in the facilities of Marbella Football Center took place the friendly match between Malaga CF and Al Rayyan Sports Club from Doha, organized by Football Impact.
The event was attended by more than 1.200 spectators, and the match was broadcasted live by the regional television channel, Canal Sur.
Football Impact have had the honour to count with the presence of the Qatar sheik and the owner of Malaga CF, Mr. Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Thani, his Secretary and legally authorized representative, Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Haj Ghubn, the Delegate of the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Sports of the Junta de Andalucia, Mr. Antonio Souviron Rodriguez, the Mayor of Marbella, Mrs. Maria de los Angeles Muñoz, as well as the Mayors and Councilors of Estepona, Benahavis, and many other authorities.
Malaga CF has agreed two pre-seasons this summer with Football Impact. The first one started on July 8th, in the facilities of Campoamor Golf Hotel in Alicante.
The coaching staff, together with 27 players – Eliseu, Weligton, Duda, Apoño, Monreal, Toulalan, Kris, Camacho, Joaquín, Sergio Sánchez, Recio, Portillo, Jesús Gámez, Van Nistelrooy, Mathijsen, Maresca, Bounanotte, Baptista, Demichelis, Willy, Rubén and the players from the second team Pol, José Carlos (goalkeepers), Samuel, Jurado, Cala and Toni – made part of the expedition.
The team trained twice per day in Campoamor until July 16th, when the first friendly match of this year preseasons took take place:
The Polish club KKS Lech Poznan will be in Germany between 9th and 20th July on the summer training camp organized by Football Impact. The team will play 5 friendly matches against the following teams: Panathanaikos FC, Rubin Kazan, VFR Aalen, Manisaspor and Sivasspor.
Football Impact has organized the training camp for the U-16 team from the famous ASPIRE Academy for Sports Excellence (Doha-Qatar), who came to Marbella to prepare its participation in the Lisboa Cup 2011, the International Youth Football Tournament, which is held between June 26th and July 2nd in Losbon. The ASPIRE U-16 team trained in the facilities of Marbella Football Center, being accommodated in Barcelo Marbella Hotel.
The expedition from Qatar played 3 friendly games during its preparation period, against UD Fuengirola, Dos Hermanas de San Andrés and Vázquez Cultural, having won all matches.
The coaching staff of the Academy thanked to Football Impact for the great assistance and professionalism in the organization of its stage, hoping to mantain a good cooperation in the future.
Austria National football team U-20 carried out an intensive stage in Marbella Football Center June 1st – 8th. The coaching staff, led by the first coach, Mr. Andreas Heraf, valued the facilities of Marbella Footbal Center as very exclusive and professional. The team was accommodated in Guadalmina Golf and Beach Resort, situated front line beach, which gave them the opportunity to practice beach volleyball.
This was the last preparation training camp for the team before its participation in FIFA U-20 World Cup which will take place in Colombia between July 20th and August 29th.
The women’s national team of the Republic of Ireland is in Marbella on its training camp in the facilities of Marbella Football Center organized by Football Impact. The team will play two friendly matches – against the women’s team of Malaga CF and Sevilla FC on March 30th and April 2nd. The coaches of the national women’s team have already expressed their satisfaction with the facilities, as well as with the quality of the football pitches.
