The top division of Norwegian football starts in spring, rather than summer, which is why it is so late in the season. Almost all the teams in the Eliteserien are regular clients of MFC, who come to the Costa del Sol during the cold Scandinavian winter months.

Feyenoord is the team in first place because of the better goal-average. Last year they didn’t have their best season, finishing fifth, but this year they are going for the title.
PSV is second, and last season they were runners-up. This year they will try to perform a better season and try to win the title.
Heerenveen is the third team, finishing mid-table last season. This year they will try to improve their results.
